導師在台上帶領所有瑜伽愛好者，在繁忙的中環走進海濱活動空間，一同尋找屬於大家的寧靜角落。一邊欣賞維港的醉人夜境，一邊和其他瑜伽愛好者交流心得。除了在舞台上的示範，台下亦劃分成為多個區域，提供不同主題及特色的攤位，令參與者盡情體驗各種運動帶來的樂趣。

The instructor on stage leads all yoga lovers to walk into the beachside from the busy Central and look for their own quiet corner. While enjoying the intoxicating night scene of Victoria Harbour, exchange your experience with other yoga lovers. In addition to stage exercises, off-stage is also divided into different areas, providing various sports booths with different themes and characteristics, so that everyone can enjoy all kinds of sports with more fun.
