透過天語唱誦音樂會,參加者可以從音韻中體驗到身心平衡、內在和諧、輕鬆和喜悅,歡迎親身感受音樂帶來的療癒、正念靜心和心靈轉化的力量;而舞動心靈,則是透過即興的身體舞動及覺察的方法,探索自己的身體,允許身體去舞動,去表達它自己,並學習與人連結。中醫運動療法是將肢體動作、呼吸、意念訓練等多方面融為一體,有助養生治病,幫助我們加深對身體、思想及心靈的了解。

 

Through Spiritual Singing Concert, you will discover how sounds can help you create more balance, harmony, and a more relaxed and happy life. Come and explore the power of sounds for healing, mindfulness and transformation. Dancing From Within offers a way of listening to the inner self and the bodily wisdom, which helps us to be the author of self-healing. Chinese Medicine Exercise Therapy is the integration of body movement, breathing techniques and training of the mind, which enhance health and heal illness. It also helps us to understand ourselves better from the physical, mental and spiritual perspectives.
