由藝全人主辦，活動目的是推動社會共融，以共建美好香港為主題，通過藝術文化活動表現香港的美好，並以展能藝術家的精神啟動港人的奮鬥心。
香港是我家，傷健齊參與。與展能藝術家、中小學校、特殊學校、社會大眾一起參加兒童繪畫比賽、攤位活動、超級大畫拼貼、文藝表演、鼓舞香港表演等節目。

Organised by ADAM, this event aims at promoting social inclusion for revealing the beauty of Hong Kong. The determinate work spirit of artists with disabilities always inspires us to strive for the best. Let’s join artists with disabilities, schools, and the public in an array of activities such as kids painting competition, booth games, giant collage, variety show, percussion, etc.
