由香港青年藝術體操會主辦，活動旨在向大眾推廣藝術體操，並給予香港運動員表演及作文化交流的機會。重點活動包括絲帶工作坊，也有教授適合所有年齡層的基本伸展運動、健身遊戲和簡單的徒手套路的全⺠體操環節，遊人亦可欣賞藝術體操大匯演。

Organised by Hong Kong Youth Rhythmic Gymnastics Association, the carnival aims at promoting rhythmic gymnastics and provides a platform for gymnasts to perform and for cultural exchange. Diverse activities are held. Free lessons about basic stretching, fitness games and simple freehand routines on-stage suitable for all ages. Participants may also enjoy fascinating performances jointly performed by various organisations and RG schools.
